Guild meetings

I have an idea
We can have guild meetings
Guildmeetings generaly are, meetings where you bring everyone to a certain place, all together( of course some might not come for some reason)
and start discusing about how to improve the guild in any way or getting ideas from others, or other things people request or Setting something, and you know for sure that they heard you saying so( reading more likely)
And other conversation people would start with..

I dunno if you guys want to do these meetings
its your choice ^^

Just giving small ideas( i have done guild meetings in the past with other guilds ) And i hope you guys are interrested...
